Estrategico Consulting – Our client, an E-commerce company is currently looking to hire qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Details

  • Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
  • Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
  • Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Working closely with other teams to develop new business, identify and manage risks..

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of University of Lagos
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisation.
  • Minimum of BSc in related field
  • Strong communication and IT fluency
  • Previous new business experience ideally from a company in the same or similar industry.
  • Proven track record of bring in new business and a natural ability to drive sales.
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
