Job Title: Team Lead, Customer Service

Job Description

  • He / She will head our customer service department and is responsible for ensuring the company delivers the highest level of customer service possible at all time.
  • To excel in this role you should be driven and passionate self-starter.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers that contact the organization via the online chat or service phone line.
  • Onboard buyers and sellers via strategic telemarketing initiatives.
  • Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service engagement and online buyer’s procurement trend.
  • Investigate and solve customer problems that have been passed to customer service.
  • Proactively contribute to product development, digital marketing content and operational improvements based on customer insights and feedback.
  • Research competitors and market trends to find new opportunities and remain competitive on service delivery and pricing.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the organization.
  • Responsible for customer data and knowledge management.

Requirements

  • OND/HND/ BSc degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • Startup experience and IQMS knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in meeting or surpassing performance target.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and decision making skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, multi-task, perform well under pressure and effectively manage competing and/or changing priorities.

Job Title: Team Lead, Sourcing

Job Descriptions

  • He / She will report to the head, business development and will be responsible for sourcing and procurement of agro-commodities.
  • To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling negotiation skill, and a hunger to exceed expectation on quality and turn-around-time.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the implementation of a strategic business and financial plan.
  • Coordinate product sourcing activities, from pitching to conversion of farmers and sellers and on and off the platform.
  • Consistently deliver sourcing brief to pre-agreed quality specification and time.
  • Effectively manage resources such as sourcing agents for strategic advantage.
  • Ensure compliance to organization’s procurement policy.
  • Increase the value of on-boarded farmers and sellers while attracting new ones.
  • Research competitors and market trends to find new opportunities and remain competitive on service delivery and pricing.
  • Attend export promotions, conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote myfarmstack.com.
  • Responsible for farmers and sellers’ data and knowledge management.

Requirements

  • OND/HND/ B.Sc degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record in meeting product sourcing target to time and quality.
  • Fluent in at least 2 Nigerian languages and familiar with over 20 states.
  • Ability to drive.
  • Analytical with the ability to take right decision on the spot.
  • Deep industry knowledge and ability to setup farmer’s network and partnership schemes.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Not older than 30years.

 

Job Title: Head, Business Development

Job Description

  • He / She will head our business development department and deliver our sales target. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, a hunger to chase and close new business and an excellent resource manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of a strategic business and financial plan.
  • Research competitors and market trends to find new opportunities and remain competitive on service delivery and pricing.
  • Work with management to explore various funding opportunities.
  • Develop goals for the digital marketing team and ensure they are met.

Requirements

  • Manage key buyers and export customers’ account.
  • Increase the value of on-boarded customers while attracting new ones.
