Job Title: B2B, B2C – Field Sales Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking out for a female candidate to join our growing company with two – three years of experience in B2B and B2C field sales representative.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals for business contracts.
  • Prepare various reports i.e Sales, Surveys and client reports.
  • Secure and renew maintenance contracts orders with existing and prospective clients.
  • Arrange for deliveries of client orders.
  • Plan and modify products to meet customer needs and Requirements
  • Evaluate customer support issues as well as maintain top level positive perception.
  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
  • Prepare complex reports and documents to provide supportive technical data retorts to customer requests and Alcatraz Technologies.
  • Manage entire communications with client technical departments regularly as requested by customer and company.
  • Prepare technical samples and designs along with proposals and presentations to capture new business.
  • Create and Manage new client database and keep record of sales invoice
  • Create, manage and maintain various maintenance contract files/ folders.
  • Review quarterly with all allotted customers to revise service levels as well as open issues.
  • Provide clients with status of entire open requests for service improvements and changes.
  • Book and confirm meetings to introducing the company and/or make sales presentations and pitch company products to new clients.
  • Collaborate and source with new prospective clients to understand requirements and provide sales support to close business contracts.
  • Maintain customer assistance reference guidelines for client contact as well as support information.
