Job Description

  • A Systems support analyst that will support the business to ensure constant connectivity with the Head Office, high network and application availability.
  • Provide first level trouble shooting of all IT infrastructure and handle IT vendor management.

  • Education Qualification: HND /degree in Computer Science, Computer studies or related discipline

Job Title: Benefit Service Officer

Locations: Adamawa, Kaduna, Kano & Sokoto
Job Rank: Analyst

Job Function

  • To ensure all Benefit request from clients are promptly attended to
  • Ensure all documents collected have a case opened
  • Ensure that all documents received from clients are properly scanned for e-filing and all original documents archived appropriately

Job Description

  • Professionally discuss modes of payment with retirees and administer Programmed Withdrawal Agreement upon receipt of templates
  • Ensure that escalated issues must be tracked & resolved
  • Ensure that the DVA Form is passed for processing
  • Collate and submit accurate daily and weekly report to your Hub head
  • Monitor and escalate all unresolved payment requests to the appropriate channel
  • Ensure retention of clients with high AUM
  • Ensure all negotiations are checked for accuracy, completeness and validity before signing off
  • Ensure all returned payment requests due to wrong documentation or input must be resolved
  • Ensure request letters are sent to employers on accounts that require reconciliations
  • Ensure reminders are sent to employers

Person Specifications

  • Education Qualification: A Degree with a merit grade in Business Management, Business Admin or any related discipline. Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
  • Professional Qualifications: Professional certification and or advanced training in related fields
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience. At least 2 years must have been in the financial service sector.
  • Age Bracket: 28 to 35
