Job Title: Technical Officer

Job Description

  • As a Technical Officer you will be responsible for contributing to the efficiency and effective support of technical processes in your unit and the organisation

Qualification and Experience

  • B.Sc/HND in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics or any Science related field.
  • Good Analytical Skills and proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience is an added advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and technical skills.

Job Title: Technical Procurement Officer

Location: Lagos

Description

  • Successful candidates would be expected to perform technical duties related to the purchasing of supplies, and equipment in accordance with established company policies and procedures, to ensure the timely and cost effective supply of right quality goods and services to the organization.

Job Description

  • Expedite procurement processes by scheduling material demands, ensuring timely receipt of materials, identifying inventory items for standardized ordering procedures, review and approve extensions to existing order, monitoring orders to ensure timely delivery, initiating and authorizing corrective actions on overdue orders
  • Perform all other related duties as required.
  • Negotiates with suppliers and maintains good communications with major suppliers.
  • Prepares and reviews reports on outstanding unprocessed items.

Qualifications
