Mandilas Group is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates for immediate employment into the position below:

Job Title: Leasing Operations Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Scope

• Responsible for all Motor Vehicle leasing functions which shall include reviewing and negotiating Lease transacIions and agreements.
• Market the Company’s services globally in various avenues.
• Directing the daily activities of the leasing operations in accordance with organization policies and standards.
• Ensure completion of all necessary paperwork and customer service in line with best practices
• Responsible for productivity, achieve budget and ensure that Leasing Department meets KPI.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the Department.
• Monitor trends for competition in the marketplace.

Academic Qualification
Minimum Qualification:

• B. A/B.Sc./ H.N.D

Post Qualification Experience:

• 5 years’ experience post NYSC two of which must be at supervisory level in the Leasing Industry.
