Job Title: Project Administrator (Field Officer)

Job Details

  • Provide support to Qual Project manager
  • Responsible for all Project administration and field management.

Key Outcomes:

  • Responsible for project administration throughout a project life cycle (Project commissioning, Maconomy and KP update, project briefing and screening questionnaires).
  • Responsible for compiling project timelines in conjunction with Project Manager/Head Of Field Services
  • Responsible for ensuring that all project documents and materials including test materials and products are dispatched to the relevant parties in due time.
  • Sourcing of products for projects when necessary
  • Organising photo cards and Showcards for projects
  • Packing of products for use in field and drafting a product checklist to be sent with the products.
  • Ensuring that the field department has the necessary products, equipment and props for a central venue study, i.e mocks, concept boards etc.
  • Project filing such that all project documents are filed in a systematic manner (both in hard and electronic copy)
  • Maintains personal well-being and balance

Capabilities

  • Provide active support to Qual CS on project management
  • Act as a Liaison officer with field recruiters and the Qual department
  • Working with Qual PM to deliver efficiently and effectively on Qual Projects
  • Prior work experience in an administrative position
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel (other packages such as PowerPoint will be an advantage)
  • Strong numeracy required
  • Proven attention to details
  • Highly detailed and outstanding organizational qualities.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Ability to handle more than one task/project at a time
  • Ability to act as a team player with good interpersonal skills

Job Title: Assistant Research Manager – Quantitative Research

  • As a Research Manager your responsibilities will include to managing accounts client relationships and delivering to the requirements of the contract.

  • Develop/manage more junior members of the team

Capabilities

  • 3 year degree, preferably in Research, Marketing, Business, Economics Social Sciences
  • At least 2 years’ relevant market research experience in a research agency, client company, or management consultancy
  • Well organized and can manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience analyzing data, writing reports & proposals
  • PC literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent English writing and verbal skills
  • Proficient in numbers (statistics or mathematics)
  • Presentation skills
  • Basic commercial skills (cost and time management)

  • The Insights Division of Kantar has developed expertise in human understanding, covering Brand, Innovation, Creative, Media, Commerce and Customer experience.
  • They help clients define what brands should stand for, how to disrupt and renew their offer, how to connect with audiences and how to win with consumers and customers.
  • As a Senior Research Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from client briefings to proposal, through design, analysis, data driven Insights, representation and Charting.
  • The ideal incumbent should have strong exposure to Shopper, Retail Censuses and / or Retail Measurement Services.

Key Outcomes:

  • Contribute towards the achievement of annual targets and profitability.
  • Ability to engage, manage and developing client relationships.
  • Providing quality services to clients Project briefings, writing proposals and reports, project design and implementation and analysing of research findings.
  • Proactively assist with the servicing of clients on an ongoing basis. This includes regular communication regarding current projects, as well as relationship building to promote client retention, enhancement and growth.
  • Understand, control and monitor project transactions and costs and prepare costings for each project.

Capabilities

  • B.Sc degree/HND preferably in Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Visualization / Presentation.
  • 3 – 5 years of quantitative research experience from Market Research / Data Analysis consulting firm is a MUST.
  • Exposure to Retail Audits, Trade Scans, Shopper and Census methodologies.
  • Project management, data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Practical exposure to data analysis packages – SPSS, Excel, MS Access.
  • Familiarity with data visualization packages – Power BI, Oracle.
