Job Title: Quality Control Officer/Assistant Headteacher

Job Description
- We are looking for a Quality Control Officer/Assistant Headteacher to oversee and supervise all teaching activities in the Nursery anf Primary school and report to the Head Teacher.
- He/she will supervise all teaching and learning activities in the school to ensure that there is quality teaching and learning that is in line with standard practice.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidates must have a Degree/Postgraduate Degree in Education.
- Must possess at least 3 years experience as a class teacher at a reputable elementary/primary school.
- Must possesses strong work ethnics and be able to work under pressure.
- Must be enthusiastic and passionate about teaching little children and toddlers with a strong commitment to school development programs.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills in relating with children, parents and staffs.
- Must have been a class teacher in a Nursery and Primary School.
- Must have knowledge of Montessori method of teaching.
- Must have worked as an Assistant Headteacher previously.
Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal, writing and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of innovative teaching methodologies.
- Proven commitment to high academic standards and integrity
- Coordinates activities of class teachers and assistant class teachers ensure the right teaching methods are adopted.
