Job Title: Dynamics Software Support Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Description

Skills and Competencies:

  • Superior researching, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic knowledge of cloud computing technologies: SQL, Exchange, 2007, 2010, IIS, Active Directory, Operating Systems, Networking. Visual Studio, C++/C#, ERP Applications, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics GP/NAV/AX
  • Adaptability to work independently and part of a team bringing in experts when needed
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Prior customer service or support experience required
  • Passion for technology and learning.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical contact, deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions for corporate customers including, issues escalated to the highest level of management
  • Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with colleagues from other teams as needed to resolve customer problems
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and escalation managers when additional support is needed
  • Manage critical issues by setting customer expectations, devise and implement action plans and professionally communicate to all parties involved.

Job Title: Dynamics Subject Matter Expert (PowerApps & Flow)

Location: Nigeria

Description

  • Do you have a passion for training and mentoring? Do you have strong Microsoft Dynamics experience in either CRM? Tek Experts is growing and as a result are looking for passionate people to join our office located in Victoria Islands prestigious Wings building helping upskill our IT support team.
  • As a Subject Matter Expert your role brings together the technical competencies of Microsoft products and management in the areas of incident, change, problem, capacity and configuration management
  • Working with our support teams, quality assurance team and training and development department, you will have accountability to ensure Tek Experts support team are sufficiently trained and supported when answering technical customer queries.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, create content, deliver training in our learning management system and in person for our teams
  • Collaborate with training and development for feedback, impact, versioning, update and report of the courses
  • Identify, train, manage and develop client facing technical leads
  • Develop an accurate strategy for training material, content and assessments
  • Be accountable for the quality department needs
  • Work with human resources department in selection and interviewing process for new team members
  • Meet with engineers once per week, review what works well and what needs improvement
  • Work with operations manager for project needs and new implementations
  • Work with our team in Microsoft certifications, analysis, content creation, planning for our engineers
  • Compile entry level, technology lead feedback on current processes.

Requirements

Skills and Competencies:

  • At least 8 years of experience in relevant technology
  • IT Functional Knowledge (CRM/ERP Administration, SQL, Exchange, Azure, SharePoint, IIS, AD, MS Server, ITSM, Managing an IT environment).
  • Certification (e.g. CRM, ERP, Microsoft fundamental technologies) depending on relevant technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience within IT Operations or infrastructure services support.
  • A strong CRM/ERP business knowledge and experience
  • Ability to relate technical applications to business environment, processes and organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a collaborative working environment.
  • Well-developed customer service skill; ability to understand customers’ needs and develop appropriate support solutions.
  • Fluency in conversational and technical English, written and spoken.
