We operate in the business divisions Packaging Technology, Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools, Drive and Control, Security Systems and Thermo Technology.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos

Competencies and Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position in a multinational company preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry
  • Communicate effectively with high attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to multitasks; proactive, “can do attitude”
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office (word, excel, powerpoint )
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset & sales driven
  • Strong coordination skills & target orientation
  • Ability to build relationships and to cooperate with people at all levels
  • Language: Fluent English (speaking & writing); German &/or French is a plus
  • Technical understanding of the automotive industry
  • High efficiency on time management, ability to build sustainable relationships
  • Willingness to travel frequently

Responsibilities

  • Support definition of AA/SAF3 distribution strategy
  • Responsible of sales via Bosch Nigeria Ltd. on the assigned customer portfolio
  • Research for market information: key players, share of Account, VDI, etc
  • Research for potential new customer and/or local partners
  • Promotion of AA business range (Parts Workshop Equipment & Workshop Services) towards business partners/customers
  • Management of customer claims
  • Support projects development and implementation
  • Consultancy to partners: ensuring of sales competences at partner level
  • Systematic introduction of new products into the market
  • Regular market and customer visits
  • Reporting towards AA/SAF3
