Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Contract/NYSC)

Location: Abuja.

Job Description

  • Front Desk administration entails complete duties such as greeting guests, making appointments, developing schedules, answering to customer inquiries, handling correspondence, doing paperwork, and maintaining a professional image.
  • This position is the mirror to which customers and clients view the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive guests and clients on behalf of the organization.
  • Maintain a logbook of all incoming guests and clients in the organization daily.
  • Act as the point of contact between manager and clients.
  • Answer all incoming calls and messages.
  • Manage appointments and schedule meetings.
  • Ensure tidiness and proper ventilation of the reception area at all times.
  • Manage petty cash.
  • Handle customers’ requests and complaints.
  • Be willing to assist as needed.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Social Sciences, Administration or any related field is required.
  • Possess between 1 to 2 years’ front desk or customer service working experience.
  • Preferably female.
  • Possess Communications and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Must be Presentable, Eloquent and Very Professional.
  • Must Possess a Strong Sense of Confidentiality.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English Language.
  • Ability to pay keen attention to details.

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • Customer service requires the representatives attends to the customers, help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer’s enquiries via phone, emails and in person.
  • Create and maintain customer’s data and reports thoroughly, including notes and personal interactions.
  • Monitor and measure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop surveys to stay up to date with client satisfaction.
  • Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience.
  • Develop a good rapport with customers.
  • Submit a weekly report of all activities carried out to the up line manager.
  • Conversant in products and services offered by the organization and encourage the customers to try new products and services.
  • Act as a point of contact between the manager and customers.
  • Handle requests and queries promptly.

Job Requirements

Job Title: Legal Adviser

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • The office of the legal advisor handles responsibilities that entails providing legal assistance, organizing various legal activities, completing them, creating legal documents and advising the clients or the organization on all the relevant legal and transactional issues.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as an advisory to the management of the organization on all matters relating to company law, commercial law and corporate governance.
  • Provide accurate and timely advice on all legal and regulatory matters of the Company and support in legal and compliance related matters.
  • Provides assistance to the business in ensuring compliance with all various legal requirements.
  • Assists with ensuring that the Company meets its legal responsibilities under the Nigerian Laws and Regulations.
  • Manages the relationship with external legal firms and practitioners, as required.
  • Ensures proper legal consultations are provided to departments/units.
  • Conducts review of texts of standard contracts, agreements, legal correspondence and forms as well as analysis of formal complaints against the Company and advice on measures of action.
  • Prepares relevant periodic reports related to the department functions as and when requested by Executive Management.
  • Acts as a primary point of contact and source of information, advice, and guidance for directors regarding the Company’s activities, in order to support the decision making process.
  • Conduct legal analysis and research on various financial matters of the client or the organization.
  • Provide advice on different legal issues and assist in drafting legal opinions, memoranda and other briefing documents.
  • To be actively involved in preparing and drafting of different acts and legal submissions and draft the authoritative legal opinions as well.
  • Assist in reviewing the legal material and any other relevant documents and to identify the most important issues that need to be sorted out on a priority basis.
  • Draw up formalities regarding the settlement of disputes and monitor the implementation of the legal clauses.

Job Requirements

  • A first class or second class upper LLB in law is required. Possession of a postgraduate degree (LLM) is an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a legal adviser within the financial sector or a law firm with vast experience in advising corporate finance transaction.
  • Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association is required.
  • Applicants must be licensed to practise within Nigeria.
  • Deep understanding of legal issues, including governance and legal compliance.
  • Advanced knowledge of corporate law.
