We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Edo

Job Description

  • Greeting, acknowledging, and informing customers in a warm and professional manner
  • Directing customers in locating merchandise and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Selling a wide variety of products and services to the general public
  • Maintaining an updated and accurate understanding of all products and services on sale
  • Providing assistance to cashiers when necessary
  • Sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns with the appropriate Managers.
  • Keeping records of all sales for inventory and stock purposes
  • Assisting with cleaning activities, making sure the store is organized and clean
  • Complying with all health and safety standards and procedures, as well as with the establishment’s rules and regulations

Requirements

  • OND/HND/B.Sc in Marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, sales representative or similar role
  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

 

Job Title: Agronomist

Location: Edo

Job Descriptions

  • Studying plants and soil in order to develop better planting, cultivation, harvesting techniques, improve crop yield and solve agricultural problems.
  • Research ,develop and promote farming products
  • Visit fields to collect seed, plant, and soil samples and testing samples for nutritional deficiencies and diseases.
  • Assist in plant selection process and development of planting and irrigation schedules and budgets
  • Keeping detailed records regarding fields customers, crops and samples
  • Generating reports and present findings to management and clients
  • Study, assess and evaluate soil chemistry and soil testing.
  • Study and evaluate plants, their biological aspects and their growth behavior.
  • Develop ways to make crops more pest-resistant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Sweet potato research experience
  • Strong research, decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Awareness of industry trends, technology, and developments.
