Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.Sc. Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
- Experience from a Consulting Company as HR Consultant or Supervisor
- Knowledge of HR Projects, such as people culture, change management, performance management, etc
- Must have worked or currently in a consulting Firm.
- 10-12 years experience and understanding of the end to end HR process and strong consulting skills
- Business development skills
- Strong presentation skills
