The lmo State government of Nigeria through the lmo State Market Development Committee intends to engage Building Design Consultants on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement to Design and Remodel Ekeukwu Market Owerri to an Ultra Modern Market with the following:
- Lock up Shops
- Banking Halls
- Modern Toilet facility
- Sanitation Equipment
- Police Post
- Open Stalls
- Truck Park
- Car Park
- Clinic
- Union Office/Meeting Hall
The Objective of the Project:
- Design of Architectural Drawings, Engineering Drawings, Bill of Quantities and other bidding documents
How to Apply
Interested and qualified candidates/constants should submit detailed Expression of Interest indicating their qualifications, description of similar assignments, and experience in similar assignments. etc.).
Three copies of Expression of Interest must be packaged in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Expression of Interest as a Building Design Consultant to Carry Out Architectural Design, All Engineering Design, Bill of Quantities and other bidding documents, also Monitor the Project from inception to Completion”, and left in the appropriate Tender Box at:

- A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the State Public Procurement Law No.12 of 2010
