Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Ensure every pre-assigned sales target is met each month.
- Approach customers as they enter the showroom, inquire about the type of furniture they want, make suggestions and show them around
- Manage the sales process and close every sale with potential customers.
- Politely respond to questions/inquires raised by customers, conduct suggestive selling so as to move multiple products, process the paperwork and arrange financing when needed.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of customers who do not make a purchase and follow up as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized appearance of the showroom by regularly dusting and arranging displays, putting up any point-of-sale information and tags accurately
- Carry out physical inventory counts and assisting with orders.
- Constantly learn about new products and be able to explain specific features of various products to customers.
- Ensure maximum focus is given to excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Process quotes and sales orders
- Assist in showroom set-up, design, and presentation of products
- Convert visitors into lifelong clients by being able to deliver timely follow-up, provide quality service, and ensure client satisfaction
- Explain different customizable features to customers and show them how to maximize the features.
- Discuss warranties and replacement of parts.
- Notify installers after closing a sales deal to collapse and package purchases.
- Represent and promote the organization’s products and services at events such as sales parties
- Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to sell products and services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Social Sciences or any other relevant discipline is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in sales
- Knowledge of commercial interiors and office furniture are considered a plus
Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Rivers
Job Description
- Get orders/distributors from various locations
- Develop on-going profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image of the company.
- Provide information to potential/new customers.
- Plan activity-based journeys efficiently and provide all relevant reports to the Regional Manager timely and appropriately.
- Implement business development marketing strategies, plans, policies and procedures to increase profitability
- Enhance market presence and competitive performance of all company products
- Support the overall marketing objectives of Bedmate
- Disseminate information about promotions/ events, such as: the type to be planned, the target audience, the size of the event, the time frame and the proposed budget
- Assist in assessing and conducting market research to determine the marketing potential of new and existing business locations, available customers and make recommendations to Regional Manager.
- Plan and prioritize personal marketing activities and customer/ prospect contact towards achieving agreed targets and growing own customer portfolio
- Make marketing calls, responds to and follow up on marketing enquiries
- Communicate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
- Conduct market research and analysis of market performance of company products to monitor customer preferences/ satisfaction and identify new markets for all company products
- Ensure utmost utilization and update of customer data base.
- Work with Regional manager to conceptualise and develop new product lines base on market research
Qualifications
- Minimum of first degree/ HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Social Sciences or any other relevant discipline is required.
- Minimum of 4 years cognate experience in marketing.
Job Title: Installation Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Perform efficient installation and assembly of furniture within clients’ facilities
- Assist with unloading and offloading furniture’s and delivering to client’s destination
- Properly and safely assemble furniture as designed for display within the showroom.
- Respect customer’s surroundings, act professionally, always having the awareness that the assigned work been done is within a client’s working space.
- Maintain tools and equipment, making use of the correct tool for the job
- Operate safely, being aware of hazardous conditions and report all unsafe conditions to Head, Installer
- Assemble, install, and repair furniture and office equipment in customers’ homes or offices using the right work tools
- Assemble, clean, and load furniture into customers vehicles
- Responsible for timely completion of assigned work with a high level of workmanship and a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Load and offload products from delivery trucks and product from trailers shipped directly to the showroom.
- Perform showroom cleanup, remove all cartons and packaging, and ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction with the finished appearance of the site.
- Maintain a “positive” and cooperative “can do” attitude especially during problem resolution and difficult situations.
- Maintain a neat, clean, professional appearance by being properly uniformed and groomed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE or other related Technical Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of installation or field service experience in the commercial furniture industry
- Knowledge of commercial interiors and office furniture are considered a plus
