Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all branch operations, including staff hiring, training, and supervision
- Then come up with appropriate strategies to increase productivity and performance levels in order to achieve the branch’s financial targets
- Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the bank’s objectives
- Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- Preferably, candidate who reside in Lekki.
Job Title: Head, Credit & Marketing
Location: Lagos
Requirements
Qualification:
- First/Graduate Degree in any discipline
- Micro finance Certification is an added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years relevance experience with at least 5 years in senior Management role in Credit and Marketing/Business Development/Customer Relationship Management from Financial Services Sector.
Skills:
- Industry Knowledge, Understanding the customer value Proposition, Product Pricing, Portfolio Management, Financial Analyst, Risk Management, Debt Recovery, Credit Policy, Basic Banking Operations, Leadership, Relationship Management, Business Development, Business Presentation, Team Building/Organisation, Proficiency in MS office suite.
