Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Lagos
Job Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintaining and developing the organisation human resources by planning trainings, evaluating employee relations and human resource policies.
  • Analysing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training.
  • Preparing payroll and maintain staff records.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by conducting orientation and training programmes.
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing pay budgets, monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions, recommending, planning and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
  • Recruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and adverts.
  • Create and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues e.g. disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities.
  • Manages staff job results by disciplining employees, monitoring performance and appraising job results.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 4years of work experience with not less than 3 years as a Human Resource Manager.
  • Experience in a software/IT service environment would be an added advantage.
  • CIPM or related Human resource certificate with in-depth Human Resource knowledge.
  • Preferably female and not older than 35 years of age.
  • The ideal candidate must have proper management, organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as part of an effective team.

Job Title: Head, Business Development and Sales

Location: Lagos
Reporting to: Managing Director
Responsible for: Business Development Strategy, Sales & Marketing

Key Functions & Responsibilities

  • Ability to close sale deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy on sales delivery on Fine and Country Golden Mandates
  • Introduce new mandates within our target areas and the public sector.
  • Source and develop business relationships with cooperatives, Developers, etc. with expected sales targets.
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Drive the team to achieve high performance.
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
  • Ability to close sale deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials;
  • Manage existing clients (Vendors and Buyers)
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Ensure monthly submission of vendor reports monthly.
  • Ensure status reports every month to buyers is submitted promptly.
  • Coordinate documentation processes.
  • Ensure workflow process within team is adhered to.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in Marketing or related Social Science discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a sales team lead, supervisor or manager
  • Previous or current experience in a real estate environment would be an added advantage.
  • Preferably female and not older than 35 years of age.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good presentation, prospecting and sales planning skills
  • The ideal candidate must have excellent selling, negotiating skills and the art of closing a sale.
  • Analytical Competence with excellent use of MS office suits (Excel, Word and Power-point)
  • Excellent customer relationship etiquette and time management skills
