Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for handling all technical problems in running projects and devices under maintenance, achieving customer acceptance / satisfaction through high performance and quality of services.
- Responsible for assurance of customer agreed technical standards both for projects & for customer support services.
- Responsible for supporting PM and have a good technical interaction with customer, good Customer Relationship with peers in Customer department.
- Responsible to support the implementation manager to control the quality of the project.
- Responsible for establish a maintenance routine and able to timely handle customer technical problem, product related changes, product issues and correction releases.
- Products/Technical Knowledge update through self learning techniques, to meet upcoming service requirements
Job Title: Project Manager, Mechanical
Location: Lagos
Job Description/Requirements
- Review job estimate and prepare project budgets.
- Estimate and negotiate change orders
- Prepare/ review submittals
- Track, forecast, report labor hours and material costs
- Buyout major equipment and subcontracts
- Expedite and track deliveries of major equipment/materials
- Maintain working knowledge of general conditions, work scope and specifications of project contract/subcontract
- Maintain and control documents in compliance with UMC Standards as well as contractual compliance
- Supervise Project Engineers and General Superintendents including quarterly and annual coaching.
- Collaborate with field labor supervision to plan, organize and schedule project work including preparation of subcontract/contract integrated project schedule
- Review contract drawings, detail drawings and specifications
- Prepare fabrication shop work package including detail drawing review, material take off and buyout, and man-hour fabrication budget
- Ensure full compliance with UMC Safety Program at the jobsite
- Provide proactive, clear and timely communication to team members

Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Planing, overseeing, managing and directing electrical projects as part of a larger construction project.
- Developing the budget for a project.
- Monitoring costs, material flow and resource allocation.
- Reviewing project documents such as estimates, design drawings, specifications, proposals and contracts.

- Electrical Project Managers work closely with Construction Managers, Engineers, Site Forepersons, Electricians, and other technical staff. They ensure the continuous day-to-day operation of a project to solve technical and construction issues.
