GBioMed Nigeria Limited is a fast growing company with currently 4 branches across Nigeria. We deal in the Sales/Supply/Procurement, Installation, Maintenance and Repairs of Medical, Laboratory, Teaching and Research Equipment, Reagents and Consumables.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Officer

Locations: Abuja, Enugu, Lagos, and Ibadan – Oyo

Job Description

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
  • Meeting sales targets.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Medical, Laboratory, Teaching and Research Equipment.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc/HND in Medical, Laboratory or other Allied Science fields from a reputable higher institution of learning
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Experience and knowledge in maintenance and Installation of equipment in a scientific or medical company will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

  • This role requires 50% traveling and good knowledge in technologically and scientifically advanced products
  • Your role is to use your technical skills to explain the benefits of our products or services to potential customers and to show how our products or services are better than our competitors’ products.

As Sales Engineer, you will be required to do the following:

  • Coordinating sales projects
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
  • Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
  • Help clients solve problems with installed equipment
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Install, Repair and Maintain all equipment for both our existing and new customers
  • Interact with both the existing and new clients to resolve their equipment issues
  • Install and configure new hardware and softwares on the equipment
  • Keep track of purchased or supplied equipment with the customers
  • Check existing problems and make ways for resolving them
  • Follow up on the customers to ascertain the level of performance of their equipment
  • Respond swiftly to any fault complaints from the customers
  • Team up with other professionals in resolving customers equipment issues
  • Develop maintenance plan and schedules for the existing and new equipment with various customers
  • Document all installation, repairs and maintenance jobs done
  • Offering after-sales support services
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts

Qualifications

Job Title: Quotation Assistant

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • The Company is currently seeking to engage a Quotation Assistant to take an immediate role in its Abuja Office.

The ability of a prospective applicant, among other skills and experience, should include the following:

  • Generate, manage, tracking, coordinate and communicating quoting activities for existing and new clients
  • Coordinate customer service requests which may include order entry and pricing
  • Interact with both the existing and new clients, as the case may be, to understand their needs before proceeding on quotation
  • Determine the most cost effective fit products according to the clients’ specifications
  • Meet with vendors and/or suppliers to build strong and profitable relationship to benefit the company and gives vendors and/or suppliers incentives to drive more business opportunities to the company
  • Maintain proper filing system for product quotes within the company quotation systems
  • Communicate with the vendor and/or suppliers via emails, phone calls, etc. to fast track receipt of quotation to meet up with the deadline from the clients
  • Following up swiftly and consistently on sales enquiries and sending out information in collaboration with the Business Development Executives
  • Respond swiftly to any request for quotation (RFQ) that may arise from both existing and new clients
  • Respond swiftly to any request for information (RFI) that may arise from both existing and new clients
  • Respond to any RFQs or RFIs from both existing and new clients either by email or hardcopy delivery
  • Follow up on the RFQ/RFI sent the customers and Tender submissions.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc/HND in Medical/Laboratory/Engineering or related Science field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience
  • Experience in quotation/tender pre-qualification/proposal/tender preparation and submission in a scientific or medical company.

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • Filing and remitting VAT, WHT, and other taxes with FIRS
  • Payroll preparation
  • Petty cash management
  • Ledger preparation
  • Sales Anaysis and Report writing
  • Forecast and Budget preparation
  • Software packages like Sage
  • Monthly Cash Book and Bank Accounts Reconciliation
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Stock Inventory and Control
