Job Title: Security Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • To guard the company premises both day and night.
  • Monitor the movement of all cars in and out of the premises
  • Ensure the safety of the company’s properties at all time.
  • Opening doors and gate promptly
  • Assisting clients in parking their vehicles
  • Assisting clients with their bags and using the umbrella to escort clients into the facility during rainy season

Educational Qualification and Experience

  • Candidates should possess SSCE certificate
  • Minimum of 1 year experience

Skills and Abilities:

  • Good listening and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
  • Must be able to read and understand instructions
  • Good time management skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Must be observant

Personal Attributes:

  • High level of hygiene

Working Conditions:

Job Title: Production Support Staff

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

The production staff may perform one or several functions on a production line such as:

  • Assembly or fabrication of parts and products,
  • Tasting finished products,
  • Transporting materials and equipment to other areas
  • Cleaning production areas.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Note: Because these occupations require continuously doing redundant tasks, responsibilities may be rotated to allow for cross-training and vary the work for the production staff.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

  • SSCE/OND qualification.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year production experience

Skills and Abilities:

  • Good listening and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
  • Must be able to read and understand instructions
  • Good time management skills

Job Title: Floor Sales Representative

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Our client is looking to recruit Floor Representatives. The floor reps are the first line of contact for walk-in customers to the store and would be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers to find the products that most satisfy their needs.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Assist shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
  • Answer queries from customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and challenges
  • Report discrepancies and problems to the supervisor
  • Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers
  • Work within established guidelines, particularly with brands
  • Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, fulfillment and customer support
  • Keep a schedule of events /special promotions and putting up displays.
  • Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.
  • Work with management to organize and execute sales campaigns
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Professional Qualifications/Experience
Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum of an OND/HND in any related discipline.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year experience in direct sales
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus
  • Compulsory skills required (E.g. must be proficient in Excel)
  • Ability to work quickly
  • Ability to stand for long durations
  • Highly analytical with a drive for numbers
  • Good networking, prospecting, and closing skills

Job Title: Beauty Studio Operations Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • A beauty studio operations manager oversees all staff, budgets, and operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily studio operations
  • Supervise staff to ensure that staff actively carry out their roles
  • Ensure strict compliance and monitoring of organizational rules, policies and standards
  • Prepare daily sales reports
  • Ensure all beauty treatments/services meet the company’s standards
  • Ensure the business environment is properly cleaned at all times
  • Ensure that the work stations are properly maintained and are clean at all times
  • Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
  • Supervise cleaning and check at timely intervals
  • Update and uphold company’s policies as required
  • Handle and resolve all clients’ complaints

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

  • B.Sc/BA in any discipline; M.Sc/MA is a plus

Experience:

  • 4 years’ experience as a Manager or similar executive role
  • Experience in the beauty industry is a plus

Skills and Abilities:

  • Highly analytical, driven and focused.
  • High level of professionalism;
  • Networking, prospecting and persuasion skills with the ability to identify the needs and challenges of clients.
  • Experience in planning and budgeting
  • Must have knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Must have outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have sound judgment
  • Must pay great attention to detail
  • Must be service minded.
  • Must present herself and act in a manner that is appropriate in order to protect the organization’s image and reputation at all times.
