Job Purpose

  • To provide the necessary tools, spare parts, equipment and associated logistics to various business units.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • To quickly and effectively identify suitable suppliers and subcontractors upon receipt of any request for equipment or services
  • To issue request for quotation for all major equipment and services supplies.
  • To be able to present technical and financial comparaison sheets for different tenders for major or expensive equipment.
  • To ensure a follow-up of all client instructions and agreements according to
  • Prices negotiation and conditions for all purchases
  • Delivery time of all purchased material
  • To inspect or organize and ensure inspection of all incoming goods.
  • To check for approval all incoming invoices for equipment and services
  • To set-up and maintain up-to-date library of suppliers and subcontractors products and services catalogs.
  • To properly input and maintain data in the purchasing software

Profile
Competence Criteria:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 5 years experience in procurement & onshore/offshore logistics in the Oil & Gas Industry
  • Good Computer Literacy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Systematic and methodical minded
  • Cost Awareness

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance

Job Title: Technical Assesor – PVV Supervisor (M/F)

Job Description

  • Based in Port Harcourt you will be part of the team as a Technical Assesor then will be mobilized on offsore activities as a PVV Supervisor during the shutdown of one of our project.

As a Technical Assessor on site – Port Harcourt:

  • Conduct and manage technical interview of staff
  • Manage and assess Torquing Operators personnel

As a Supervisor PVV – OFFSHORE -, you will also:

  • Ensures that the PVV design and related PVV Engineering Deliverables are compliant with General Specifications, applicable platforms/project specifications, applicable international/local Codes & Standards and applicable local regulations.
  • Ensures HSEQ compliance by design.
  • Ensures that the PVV Engineering Package is fully in accordance with the Scope of Work, free of clashes, consistent and compliant with the quality requirements.
  • Ensures that the designed PVV modification involves no HSE risk during site execution, minimum offshore site works and minimum production loss.
  • Ensures that design done by VENDOR is in accordance with Technical Requisition.
  • Ensures that work is delivered in time in accordance with the planning.
  • Ensures that the PVV Design Appraisal Dossier (DAD) is compliant with PED requirements, complete and approved by NoBo for hand over to Construction team.
  • Ensures Constructability, Operability and Maintainability of designed PVV modifications
  • Contributes to achieve clients and Department HSE objectives. Report anomalies and any HSE events.
  • Contributes to the implementation of corrective actions when required/requested.

Profile
Must Have:

  • B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years within the Petroleum Industry
  • Excellent knowledge of clients referential, international / local Codes & Standards and local regulations related to PVV discipline and excellent knowledge of Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
  • Pro-active with good organisational skills, team spirit, strong communication skills (verbal & written) and service minded.
  • English language is mandatory, both spoken & written.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Pack Office and Acrobat.
  • Knowledge of Microstation would be an asset

Job Description

  • You will join our team located in office in Lagos and be part of the Marketing & Tender Department.
  • You are in charge of answering properly client enquiries / calls for tender / service orders in support of the Business development Manager and Technical Director.

Responsibilities

  • To prepare and deliver quality technical bids and commercial offer in line with call for tender instructions and internal rules and procedures.
  • To ensure regular follow-up of the proposal with the Client, and liaise with the relevant Service Line Manager for further action.
  • To Participate to Negotiation of contracts up to final signature of customers
  • To review thoroughly and understand all contract requirements, and to clarify the scope of delivery.
  • To abide with all applicable rules and regulations
  • To organize mobilization of personnel when required.
  • To monitor progress, optimize schedule, report and act on any deficiency.
  • To liaise with client on regular basis, negotiate project change orders and handle customer complaints.
  • To initiate and approve invoices to clients, to provide all necessary supporting documents & progress reports (when applicable)
  • Prepares calls for bid and issues these to sub-contractors invited to tender for work to be carried out,
  • To Manage Vendors/Sub-Contractors intervention on site when needed

Profile

  • Engineer or Technical degree or at least sufficient technical background.
  • Result oriented, cost minded, capable to handle pressure and to meet deadlines
  • 5 years of experience in Energy sector
  • Knowledge in oil production facilities (and Total rules when possible)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English), French is an advantage
