Job Title: Senior Associate Management Consultant

Job Description

  • Candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, scheduling and delivery of solutions on behalf of the company to meet clients’ expectations.

Job Responsibilities
The role will include:

  • Developing proof-of-concepts, business plans and financial models
  • Evaluating existing systems and procedures and make recommendations for improvement where necessary
  • Managing and mentoring the team of Consultant Analysts assigned to projects
  • Guiding research and analysis efforts
  • Ensuring execution of assigned projects within the time, scope and budget
  • Managing existing clients and building relationships with new clients

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum of second class upper (2:1)
  • Post-Graduate degree (MBA, MSc, etc.) will be an added advantage
  • Project management certification will be a plus
  • Minimum of 6 years’ practical experience in management consulting is compulsory
  • Previous experience in the financial services sector will be an added advantage

Job Title: Consulting Analyst

Job Description

  • Candidates will support project delivery with research and excellent reports

Job Responsibilities
Your role will include:

  • Conducting analytical research and process reviews
  • Developing simple business cases
  • Generating basic project management reports
  • Working with other team members to transform research findings, ideas and insights into tangible value propositions for clients

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree- minimum of second class upper (2:1)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ practical experience in management consulting is compulsory
  • Previous experience in the financial services sector will be an added advantage
  • Age for analysts should not be older than 29 years as at the time of applying for the role

General Skills/Abilities:

  • Highly organized, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Good listener and communicator, with sensitivity to cultural communication skills
  • Appreciation of the need for confidentiality and integrity
  • Well-developed IT skills
  • Effectively work as a team member and independently, with a high-level of self-motivation
  • Comfortable working in a busy, dynamic, multi-cultural environment.
