We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead
- Manage the team of customer service representatives
- Interview potential customer service representatives.
- Ensure proper performance management of the customer service team
- Develop Training and Development Plans
- Handle escalated customer complaints
- Provide guidance and feedback to customer service representatives
- Quality assurance
- Ensure adequate motivation of the customer service team
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Tech Savvy
- Customer focused
- Expert product/service and job knowledge
- Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
- Creative thinking
- Clear communicator
- First Degree in a related discipline with minimum Second Class Lower Division.
- Must have proven work experience in all existing channels of customer service
- Must have an evidence of NYSC completion
- Minimum Two years continuous experience in a customer service lead role in a related financial services/loan company
- Customer service certifications is a plus
- Team Management Experience.
- Candidates must reside in Lagos.
- Must be experienced in the use of CRMs
