Carlcare Development Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of Transsion Holdings formerly known as TECNO Telecom Limited, established in July 2006, is a high-tech company specializing in the R&D, production, sale and service of mobile communication products. After years of development, Carlcare Development has become an important part of the mobile phone industry and one of the major mobile phone manufacturers in the world. Currently, it has full ownership of three famous mobile phone brands TECNO, itel and Infinix alongside with our Electronic appliance department (SYINIX) and an after-sales service brand Carlcare.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized sales supervisor to join our growing team
  • In this position, you will play a key role in establishing the training system and outlet activity system for syinix retail team
  • He/she will monitor the sale performance and makes sure that the team meet and exceed sales Quota.

 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate worked in home appliance industry before.
  • High School Degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business, or related field preferred
  • Candidate has independent sales capabilities / outlet activity planning ability.
  • Candidate has ability to speak, tell stories, understand life and live and can transform product knowledge into a living language
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with Product Manager, prepare the training document.
  • Collect outlet product quality feedback and send to quality department.
  • Execute promoter training (sales skill and product knowledge) monthly.
  • Retail outlet activity management, planning and execution.
