We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Supervisor

Location: Lagos


  • The primary purpose of the role in delivering and surpassing the sales targets through optimising the performance of the team. The role holder also ensures that the team operates with the highest standards of compliance and integrity.
  • The Supervisor:Field Sales tracks and reviews metrics & activities
  • The Supervisor:Field Sales guides and supports staff to achieve their targets, in particular by coordinating their territories, their daily & weekly plans and by helping them to manage their lead pipeline.
  • The Supervisor:Field Sales connects with other departments to enable staff to focus on their core activities.
  • For INFINITY: Supervisor:Field Sales are required to actively engage in the sales process for certain high-value opportunities
  • Field Sales Supervisors can either be focused on higher value (INFINITY) or lower value (FLEX) systems. The Field Sales Supervisor supervises a team of 5-12 sales staff of either Field Sales Leaders (FLEX) or Energy Consultants (INFINITY).
  • The Field Sales Supervisor  must excel in delivering and beating the sales targets by optimising the performance of the team and ensuring that the team operates with the highest standards of compliance and integrity.
  • The Supervisor:Field Sales is responsible that the team’s FSL/ECs are active and achieve their targets.
  • The Supervisor:Field Sales sets targets as per the guidance of the Territory Sales  Manager and holds staff accountable for execution.


Specific Sales Skills:

  • Knowledge of methodologies in Direct Sales
  • Understanding of the local business environment and channels
  • Knowledge of the relevant legislation pertaining to the country
  • Knowledge of financial principles
  • Strategic planning skills

Other information:

  • Relevant Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing would be advantageous
  • For infinity: A degree in electrical engineering is a strong advantage
  • Work experience in Renewable energy or First Moving Consumer Goods
  • For Infinity: 3-5 years of experiences is desired, in particular in selling solar or other energy solutions
