We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- HND/Diploma in HR or a related course.
- 5-8 years experience as a recruiter
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Liaising with Colleges / Campus for recruitment
- Knowledge of MS office (word / excel etc.)
- Knowledge of Recruitment cycle / process
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgement
- Good Negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and update job descriptions
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Source potential candidates for various requirements
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview shortlisted candidates for various roles
- Send job offer emails and answer queries for all requirements
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
