Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including customers, advertising agencies.
- Manage customer relationships.
- Source advertising opportunities and secure sponsorship.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers etc.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns.
Qualifications, Experience And Attributes
- A first degree in Marketing, Applied / Social Sciences or related discipline from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 7years post graduation experience, of which must be in a media industry preferably a radio or television station.
- Must be a registered member of APCON and NIM
- Must be 35 years and above.
Job Title: News Editor
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Monitor news-gathering operations to ensure utilization of all news sources such as press releases, telephone contacts and other reporters.
- Control the news output, identifying stories and selecting and commissioning material for bulletins
- Set and drive the news agenda in line with the approach and style of the station
- To generate original ideas and approaches to the way stories are covered
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
- Must have HND/B.Sc in Mass Communication or any other art subjects from a reputable tertiary institution.
- Must be able to exercise sound editorial judgment
- Must have excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor and adapt content for different audiences
- Must be able to maintain objectivity in order to be fair and balanced in the treatment of stories.
- Must have at least 10 years of cognate experience preferably in a radio/television.
- Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in a radio station.
- Must be a team player and have the ability to organize and work under minimal supervision.
- Must he handsome, have relevant contacts and good knowledge of new and current affairs.
Job Title: Transmitter Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Direct as well as coordinate operation plus maintenance activities of radio broadcasting transmitter in accordance with rules and regulation of NBC
- Establish procedures plus standards for operation maintenance of transmitter equipment.
- Establish procedures for testing of transmitter equipment and performance of preventive maintenance activities.
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
- A first degree or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience in a radio or television broadcasting station.
- Must have handled or worked on transmitter for a minimum of 5 years preferably in a radio broadcasting station.
Job Title: Head of Marketing
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Generate original ideas and think creatively about how to communicate them
- Develop, implement and manage the overall marketing strategies to continuously increase the company’s market share and profitability.
- Establish contacts with senior level decision makers in targeted organizations and individuals to attract patronage.
- Take a lead role in building and maintaining customer’s relationship.
- Develop a working process for the marketing department, monitor performance of marketing executives and close business opportunities.
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
- A first degree in Marketing, Applied /Social Sciences or related discipline from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 10years post graduation experience, of which must be in a media industry preferably a radio or television station.
- Must be a registered member of APCON and NIM
- MBA would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have a hands-on experience in event management.
- Must not be less than 38 years old.
