Job Summary

  • The candidate will be in charge of brand management, digital marketing, events management, product marketing, corporate social responsibility, media relations, customer service and internal and external communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product launch and marketing, which entails overseeing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to execution.
  • Management of all print, direct or indirect mail and social media campaigns, including format, design, production, data and distribution in accordance with the organization’s approved Brand Guide.
  • Develop and effectively implement an annual company-wide marketing plan and content generation framework in conjunction with the sales teams and other relevant units.

Job Title: Associate, Institutional Wealth Advisor

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The role of an Institutional Wealth Advisor is to provide an exceptional client experience while serving as the primary relationship owner for existing and converting Institutional Business for the Institutional Wealth Management Team.
  • As an Advisor, your clients will consist of Corporates (Large, Medium & Small), Institutions (Public & Private) for new business opportunities.
  • You would be required to prospect, acquire, and maintain Corporates (Large, Medium & Small), Institutions (Public & Private) i.e. investors with NGN 50million + in liquid assets for investment – in a compliant manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of client contact, ensuring quality and timeliness of client service delivery.
  • Accountable for client satisfaction and retention.
  • Responsible for and/or assist with new client acquisition and development; managing existing relationships and building an external and internal network of contacts to derive new clients.
  • Prepare for and attend client review meetings (i.e., board, committee, employee education, etc.).

Requirements
Required Competencies and Qualification:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years banking, relationship management, investment management and business development experience.
  • For non-banking professionals, minimum 5 years’ experience in Asset Management sales, Wealth Management, Marketing, or Business consultancy
  • Appropriate professional qualification issued by an approved body. (or actively studying towards such qualification)

Job Title: Associate, Private Wealth Advisor

  • The Private Wealth Advisor works on/with a team of wealth management advisors.
  • Team members in the role are responsible for the management of a portfolio of high net-worth clients and the development of new Private Wealth Management relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for the efficient management and development of a portfolio of high net-worth relationships.
  • Develops and manages complex, full service, integrated relationships for Private Wealth Management, including overseeing loan portfolios and financing initiatives.
  • Develops sustainable, long-term solutions to fulfill the unique needs of existing and prospective clients; leverages financial planning services on behalf of client when appropriate; assists in providing advice and counsel, as relevant, in areas of banking and lending services, personal trust and estate services, investment management, insurance services, and retirement planning.
