Job Title: Brand, Marketing & Communications Manager

Location: Owerri, Imo.

Job Descriptions

  • Develop creative marketing and communication strategies in line with the organisation’s objectives;
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for the company and clients.
  • Oversee responsibilities for media buying, advert placement and billboards installations;
  • Plan and manage media schedule, content creation and distribution;
  • Plan, coordinate and produce marketing campaigns including events materials, press releases, social media and web content;
  • Conduct marketing research to support any required project and keep up with latest marketing trends;
  • Coordinate the activities of the marketing desk and other team members of the company’s group;
  • Analyse clients and targets to identify growth opportunities;
  • Build brand through relationship management and strategic communications;
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders;
  • Carry out ongoing competitive content assessment of other related businesses regularly;
  • Continuously monitor, measure and improve effectiveness of communication initiatives.
  • Manage and coordinate revenue drive for ALL arms of the company group in the South East territory and other global markets as the case may be.

Qualification and Experience

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or HND in Communications or Marketing. A Master’s degree would be an added advantage
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar position i.e. Marketing, PR and Communications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent understanding in how to use marketing tools and techniques to increase visibility, profile and reputation of an organisation
  • Good understanding of the use of social media.
  • Strategic and creative thinker
  • Ability to conduct robust research
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Demonstrable project management skills
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems

Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Owerri, Imo.

Job Descriptions

  • Creating high-quality original written and visual content for a social media campaign.
  • Designing and implementing social media strategies to align with business goals
  • Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.
  • Collaborating with other teams, like the creatives, marketing, and customer service team to ensure brand consistency
  • Running company social media advertising campaigns.
  • Overseeing all social media accounts.
  • Monitoring company brand and building brand awareness on social media.
  • Analyzing data.
  • Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Owerri, Imo.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Plan for the company’s financial success
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors, and other personnel

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive or a relevant business development role.

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • 2 years proven track record in business sales or related market especially around the South East market.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
  • Time management, planning and negotiating skills

 

Job Title: Creative Photographer

Location: Owerri, Imo.

Job Descriptions

  • The Photographer will oversee the execution of studio shoots, setting up of studio equipment as well as handling and supervising all lighting and camera equipment during sessions.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for shooting look-books, products, social media, seasonal campaigns, etc.
  • This position is a Mid level position with great growth potential in a steadily growing company with a great and friendly work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up photographic equipment
  • Editing and retouching images
  • Reproducing, post-processing, printing and framing of photographic images
  • Ability to shoot in studio and on location
  • Work with vendors to ensure product is efficiently and accurately captured
  • Work in different locations and circumstances to get the right image
  • Maintain photo equipment and cleanliness of studios
  • Conduct ad hoc projects as assigned by Manager.
  • Provide training services for the group academy arm.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years professional photography experience

Requirements:

  • Proven professional photography coverage experience
  • Must be creative and artistic
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in shooting various products (Ranging from fashion to General merchandize)
  • Good understanding of Fundamentals of Photography; composition, framing, lighting, exposure and depth of field.
  • Solid knowledge of Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One and other photography specific software
  • Excellent photography enhancement skills; image editing, colour correction, retouching, image restoration, clipping path and image manipulation
  • Shooting, lighting and printing skills
  • Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, studio environment

 

Job Title: Video Editor/Cinematography

Location: Owerri, Imo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Creative Director and other Content Creation Team members in shooting distinctive videos.
  • Capture quality photographs and videos.
  • Responsible for managing Cameras, lightings and other equipment.
  • Provide creative input (ideas, lighting techniques, camera movements, lenses filters etc.) to video production / shoots planning.
  • Utilize technical know-how in selecting, assembling, positioning and operating equipment.
  • Ensure colour grading of the shoot is top notch.
  • Edit raw footage content for producing film and video.
  • Perform video and audio editing based on story sequence and continuity.
  • Cut video sequences effectively to ensure the scenes are seamless and flow logically.
  • Perform video editing including inserting music, sound effects, storyboarding etc.
  • Organize and assemble video segments to deliver continuous and sequential story of specified length.
  • Resolve technical issues as required.
  • Provide training services for the group academy arm.

 

Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Owerri, Imo.

Description of Duties

  • Design themes, Layouts, contents and covers of documents.
  • Development of figures, including colours, fonts, graphics and layout, and resulting materials such as Newsletters, brochures, reports, banners, posters, fliers and booklets.
  • Creation of graphic templates to be used for reports and presentations.
  • Creation of brochures, business cards, information folders, publications, and other similar promotional materials related to the work of the company group for clients.
  • Preparation of printing packages all layout and design files for printing of publications and other communication products banners, posters, booklets, leaflets, books, calendars, bulletins, flyers, cards
  • Deliver creative and innovative ideas for print, web and interactive presentations.
  • Liaison with printers and other publish houses for printing and creation of materials.
  • Safeguard and ensure that all publications, reports and designs are produced in line with the company group graphic guidelines;
  • Provide training services for the group academy arm.

Required Qualifications
Education:

  • Essential: Completed Secondary Education with training in Graphic Design.

Experience:
Essential:

  • 2 years relevant experience working at different CAD environment, mainly at Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In-Design, Adobe Illustrator and or Corel Draw
  • Good knowledge at Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

Job Title: TV Presenter

Location: Owerri, Imo.

Job Requirements

  • TV Presenter/Reporter with good voice, media figure, presentable, with creative and good ideas.
  • Good with media marketing/ advertisement, both voice and attitude wise.
  • Have a valid one year experience.
