Ruthchilds Foundation in collaboration with an international partner is currently seeking qualified candidates for the underlisted position:

Job Title: Internship-Administrative Assistant

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • Ruthschild is looking for unique, dedicated and diverse individuals who will volunteer their time in various capacities to the organization.
  • This program is limited to entry level person who are awaiting their service year or just concluded their service year with National Youth Service Corps with management science backgrounds. The person when employed will be working in Abuja office and report directly to Admin and Finance Coordinator.

Minimum Recruitment Standards

  • Graduate of Management Science
  • Good writing skills
  • Good interpersonal relationship
  • Ability to use computer application.

 

Job Title: Program Assistant

Location: Edo

Job Description

  • This person when recruited will support the state program coordinator in the implementation state led program.
  • He liaises with head office, send out memos and letters as directed by State program coordinator to relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Recruitment Standards

  • B.Sc in Sociology or BL with 3 years Post graduation NGO experience in similar organization.
  • Ability to communicate in both oral and writing English language.
  • Good with the use of Microsoft suite and other computer application.
  • Good team spirit and ability to network the NGO environm

 

Job Title: Program Coordinator

Location: Edo

Job Description

  • This staff when recruited will manage Edo state program activities as directed by the Executive Director.
  • Program Coordinators supervise the execution of the program and ensure team members have everything they need to complete their tasks.
  • The person in this capacity will plan and follow through with relevant stakeholders relevant to the implementation program policies and maintain the budget by tracking and recording all transactions.
  • The person also manages communications, schedule and organize events or meetings related to the program in Edo State.

Minimum Recruitment Standards

  • BSc/MSc in Sociology or BL/LLM or BSc Business Administration/MSc Business Management with 5 years Post graduation experience with NGO in similar organization.
  • Ability to communicate in both oral and writing English language.
  • Good with the use of Microsoft suite and other computer application.
  • Good team spirit and ability to network the NGO environment and other relevant stakeholder.
  • Must be able be communicate English language in both written and oral.

Job Title: Driver

Locations: Abuja and Edo

Job Description

  • This person will be responsible for conveying persons, program materials, equipment, and staff of the organization to the areas where they are required to carry out their activities.
  • The person taking care of Ruthschild Foundation vehicles in lines with the fleets management policy of the organization. He reports directly to the Finance and Admin Coordinator.

Minimum Recruitment Standards

  • Possess valid driver’s license, Possess General Certificate of Education with 5 years and above driving skills of which 2 must be with NGO.
  • Must be familiar with Abuja and Edo metropolitan traffics system.
  • Must be able be communicate English language in both written and oral.

 

Job Title: Fundraising Coordinator

Location: Abuja
Slots: 2 Openings

Job Description

  • The person recruited into this position will work directly with Executive in the fundraising drive for the organization
  • He or she will be at the at the forefront in the driving the fundraising program for the Ruthschild foundation in organizing, delegating and executing the tasks necessary to pull off a successful fundraising event
  • The selected person must solicit donors support for designed program, work with the board of directors, coordinate with other executives for dates, numbers, and budgets, and often write grant proposals to solicit funding from external resources.

Minimum Recruitment Standards

  • B.Sc/M.Sc in Business Admin with 5 years Post graduation experience working with NGO the same capacity.
  • Ability to communicate in both oral and writing English language.
  • Good with the use of Microsoft suite and other computer application.
  • Good team spirit and ability to network the NGO environment and other relevant stakeholder

 

Job Title: Finance and Admin Coordinator

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • This person when recruited will be base in Abuja and a member of the management team and report directly to Executive Director, the person in the position will provide institutional support in administration, Human resources and financial management for Ruthchilds Foundation. S/he will support the implement program by ensuring effective and efficient implementation of organizational policies.
  • S/he will provide oversight and coordinate all institutional capacity strengthening activities states and ensure availabilities of resources for smooth program implementation.

Minimum Recruitment Standards

  • B.Sc/HND in Accountancy, Business Administration, or its recognized equivalent with five-year progressive working experience with NGO, qualified Accountancy qualification and added advantage.
  • Master’s in finance and Business Administration.
  • Ability to communicate in both oral and writing English language.
  • Good with the use of Microsoft suite and other computer application.
