Job Title: Customer Support and Sales Officer
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Education: HND, B.Sc
Experience:
- 1-2 years experience in customer support role.
- A background in agriculture will be an added bonus.
- A female is preferred for this position.
Skills:
- Ability to use Microsoft office suite
- Candidate must have good communication skills
- Ability to ‘read’ customers
- Multi-tasking skills
Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients and customers about company’s products and services.
- Make frequent client calls.
- Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.
- Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
Salary
Competitive (Plus bonuses and commission based earnings)
