Job Title: Project Manager/ Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Field: Building and Construction Project Supervision/Management.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 7 years Construction experience
- Qualification: Degree in any of the Building and Construction Profession. construction/Project Management experience shall be added advantage
Responsibilities
- Pre start process including review of initial site appraisals, site layout, site preparation and detailing
- Preparation of site programmes and organisation
- Co-ordination and supervision and workers deployment
- On site work planning and organisation, site instructions and site inspections, work certification
- On site workers Management
- Provide feedback on designs and process standardisation including design of process, procedure and tools, determination of labour resource requirement
- Review of designs, drawing and contracts and feedback on design implementation and buildability.
Salary
N 2.2m – N2.4m (Annually)
