Job Title: Butcher
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Details
- Prepare, Cut, Trim and/or Package consumer-sized portions of meat for use or sale in the retail establishment.
- Assist to achieve department budgeted sales and profit target.
- Prepare special cut of meat as ordered by customers.
- Cut, trim, bone, tie and grind meats such as beef, pork, poultry and fish for preparation as meat in cooking form.
