We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Chief Risk Officer

Location: Lagos

Duties

  • Assist the Board/Management to develop and communicate risk management policies, risk appetite and risk limits.
  • Coordinate the identification, assessment and recording of business risks relating to processes and functions.
  • Define the enterprise risk management framework and establish guidelines for the development and implementation of supporting policies and procedures.
  • Incorporate risk considerations into strategic decision-making and ensure alignment between business strategies of line management and the risk policy.
  • Ensure portfolio optimization through risk diversification and transfer strategies, in line with the risk/reward profile.
  • Provide input into capital and resource allocation decisions.
  • Establish and maintain a risk awareness culture and provide appropriate opportunities for organizational learning, including lessons learned from previous problems, on-going communication, training and development.
  • Monitor and report on adherence to the organizations risk framework / policies to the Board.
  • Act as the point of contact between the organization and Regulators/investors with reference to risk management issues.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline at a minimum
  • MSc in Risk Management
  • Professional certification

Experience:

  • 12 years post qualification experience
  • 10 years in risk management of which 7 years must be in the banking sector and at least 5 years in a senior management role
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to manage market, liquidity and enterprise risk.
  • Deep understanding of risk management trends in the local & international financial services industry.
  • Clear understanding and knowledge of the business objectives and processes of various functions.

 

Job Title: Generator Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • Our Client wants for urgent employment People with experience in selling Generators with minimum of HND,B.SC and 7 years work experience.

Job Title: Assistant General Manager-HR

Location: Rivers

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years work experience
  • Minimum of B.Sc qualification
  • Experience from the FMCG and or food manufacturing industry

 

Job Title: Head of Finance

Location: Lagos

Duties

  • Provide broad guidelines for the articulation and documentation of operational policies, procedures and strategies.
  • Provide the CEO and board with timely, complete and accurate financial information for Management/strategic business decision-making processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in line with relevant statutory requirements and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Ensure effective utilization of the financial resources of the organization, including prudent capital allocation and investment, and achieving cost efficiency in line with the business objectives.

Education/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline
  • Relevant professional certification or higher business degree is required
  • Prior experience working in a senior finance role in an international bank is an advantage
  • 10 years post qualification experience
  • At least 5 of those years in a senior management position
  • All interested candidates must be currently working in the banking sector

 

Job Title: Chief Internal Auditor

Location: Lagos

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline
  • Professional accounting/finance certification
  • Working knowledge of IFRS

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience in financial services
  • At least 10 years in the financial management/accounting function
  • At least 5 years in a senior position within the audit function

Duties

  • Develop and implement annual audit plan and ensure compliance to approved plans from all subsidiaries.
  • Review internal audit and regulatory compliance reports and monitor the implementation of the recommendations.
  • Approve and coordinate investigation into suspected fraudulent practices and determine/recommend the appropriate line of action in response to findings.
  • Continuously review/assess the business and operational risks facing the organization in order to proactively establish appropriate mitigating controls and monitoring mechanism/frameworks.
  • Supervise the design and building of control frameworks in business processes and systems.
  • Interpret and analyze reports/data/information to identify possible risk exposure.
  • Ensure compliance with good corporate governance practice.
