Job Title: General Manager – Mall Management

Job Description
- This opportunity is in a retail business situated in Asaba, Delta State.
Responsibilities
- Business planning and financial management.
- Overseeing all aspects of mall management, i.e. Leasing, tenant relations and Management.
- Operations management and Facility maintenance and control.
- Inspection and safety functions.
- You will develop a structured business plan for the mall covering all key components of mall operation; sales and leasing plans to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan.
- Develop new business strategies to increase sales to achieve desired footfall.
Qualification Requirements
- 7 years in Retail Jobs and at least 3 Years in similar position.
