Job Title: Network Administrator

Location: Lagos
Department: IT
Reports To: IT Manager

• The right candidate must have a minimum of BSc / HND / OND.
• Certification is an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the above field.
• He/ She must have the ability to keep abreast of the trend in this field of expertise and make practical application of specialized knowledge in everyday situation.

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities
Include the following and other duties as may be assigned:

• Proactively Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency) and test for weaknesses and keep daily housekeeping
• Provide feedback to users on call status and update calls immediately
• Follow all IT processes without defaulting (Change Management, RCA,)
• Installation and configure of software and hardware of workstations
• Ensure security through Endpoint, Antivirus and firewalls
• Research and make recommendations on Network administration
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
• Respond to and resolve help desk requests within SLA
• Build an internal technical documentation, manuals of Network infrastructure
• Management and Control of CCTV Uptime and Implementation across all Site
• Support of Company Voice Network (Intercom) Compile and submit monthly report on IT infrastructure supported
• Management and Support of Zoho or any software Inventory
