Duties and Responsibilities
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Meeting sales targets
- Gather product usage feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Giving feedback on sales trends
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Keeping in contact with existing customers
- Promoting new products and any special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
