Job Title: Beach Front Kitchen Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
  • Supervise food prep and cooking
  • Check food plating and temperature
  • Maintain a fully stocked kitchen inventory
  • Keep weekly and monthly cost reports
  • Maintain sanitary and safety standards in the kitchen area
  • Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed i.e maintain an appropriate re-order level.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager or Restaurant Manager
  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
  • Excellent organizational and managerial skills
  • Conflict management abilities
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
  • Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends.

 

Job Title: Trained Chef

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
  • Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards.
  • Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs.
  • Supervise kitchen staff’s activities.
  • Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as CHEF
  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations

Job Title: Laser Tag / Action Tag (a fun activity at the beach front ) Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description & Responsibility

  • To monitor all activities as it relates to the Laser Tag game
  • Monitor work ethics of the attendant, issuing correctional directives where and when necessary
  • Keep detailed record of all Laser Tag equipment at any point in time.
  • Timely report of events and financial records to management.
  • Ensuring that all Laser Tag equipment and gadgets are always working and optimally including ensuring a routine charging system for the batteries.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in the use of computing systems and applications. Flare for IT must be high.
  • Good organisational and managerial skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven work experience as a games’ supervisor/manager
  • Familiarity with Beach or Resort would be an advantage
  • Conflict management abilities

Job Title: Cabana Host

Location: Lagos

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility of the Cabana Host is to provide the highest quality of service to our cabana guests and to assist with food and beverage needs.
  • Warm reception to cabana guests as they enter the cabana area and escorting them to their cabana.
  • Assisting guest with food and beverage choices/menus, taking food and beverage orders accurately and delivering orders promptly.
  • Accurately and professionally deal with cash/credit transactions and reconciliation of payments with accounts unit.
  • Assisting cabana guests where and when required with their requests and ensuring cabana cleanliness, always.
  • Provide Cabana guests unmatched service during all interactions.
  • Proactively look for guest service opportunities in and out of cabanas and take ownership of requests.
  • Always maintain cleanliness and tidiness of cabana areas.
  • Must be regularly checked by supervisor to ensuring proper handling of equipment and ensuring that repairs are done promptly.
  • Should work in an appropriate non-hazardous manner, avoiding self injury and unsafe work methods.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude in difficult situations.
  • Maintain and actively monitor guests’ safety and wellbeing, including a mindset to positively enforce cabana rules when applicable.
  • Provide a service or assistance to meet the needs of a guest, client or customer.
  • Ensure good knowledge of a specific function or activity and familiarity with policies and procedures of the department.
  • Comply with policies and procedures of the department or section in order to complete service satisfactorily.
  • The role may entail physical and mental dexterity in order to accomplish tasks associated with the completion of the service, to cabana guests.
  • Consistency a well as regular attendance is an essential aspect of this role.
  • Preferred candidate would perform other related duties or additional duties as directed by management.
