Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Lagos
Role Summary
- This individual is the primary start point of all finance and accounting function
- The person will be responsible for accepting and processing all incoming invoices, petty cash transactions, posting of invoices among other functions
Key Functions
- Processing all Suppliers Payments in line with contractual terms (Accounts Payable)
- Generating all Client Invoices in line with contractual terms (Accounts Receivables)
- Posting of all Aps & Ars in the ERP system
- Generation of Purchase Orders
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable & Payable Reconciliations
- Assist in Monthly closure exercise.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university;
Experience
- At 1-3 years experience in similar role.
Skills and Behaviours:
- Ability to work as a team;
- Planning and organizing skills;
- Analytical skill and attention to details.

Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Lagos
Role Summary
- This individual will be responsible for supervising the Account Officers and managing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable and monthly performance reports.
Role Requirements
Key Functions:
- Monthly Payroll Management
- Review and collate Monthly performance reports
- Assist GFM with the annual Budget process
- Manage all Tax audit and Tax related issues for the group – LIRS/FIRS
- Management of Inter-Company Reports and reconciliations
- Review all reports generated by Finance Supervisors for completeness and accuracy.
- Drive the monthly closure exercise
- Prepare weekly requisition and liquidity position of the group
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university, a Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 5 years and above experience in similar role
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Candidate should have a vast knowledge of Accounting practices
- A familiarity of advertising and an understanding of promotions and marketing;
- Ability to lead a team
Skills and Behaviours
Essential:

Job Title: Finance Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Role Summary
- This individual will be responsible for supervising the Account Officers and managing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable and monthly performance reports.
Key Functions
- Preparation of Monthly Financial reports – P&L, B/S
- Preparation of Monthly performance reports
- Bi-Weekly Accounts Receivable Position statements
- Payment upload on Corporate banking payment platform
- Management of Inter-Company Reports and reconciliations
- Review of all Account entries made by Account Officers
- Accounts Payable management
- Assist Finance Manager with all external audit requirements – LIRS/ FIRS / ITF / NSITF audit exercises
- Monthly VAT/WHT Filing and payment
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university;
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years experience in similar role
Knowledge and Abilities:
