Job Title: Customer Service & Social Media Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We require a young, bright and vibrant individual, who can work under little or no supervision to be part of an eCommerce evolving fashion organization.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that customers packages are transported to our partner logistics company for safe delivery to the customers
  • The ideal candidate will promote the company across Nigeria by providing suggestions to this effect
  • The job is simply for a few individuals to take full ownership of ensuring that the website and our social media handles has enough and available products to be displayed and properly merchandised to our customers.
  • The job requires a candidate with an exceptional customer service, as this is a client facing role. The ideal candidate will be receiving calls from customers, chat with customers and ensure that our customers are always satisfied.

  • Create more awareness for the company and drive sales to meet the required target
  • Covey goods to logistics company for nationwide shipment in a timely manner

Qualification

  • Candidate should possess B.Sc./HND qualification

Salary
N40,000 monthly – bonus available if target is met
