Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: Lagos

Details

  • We are looking to hire a highly motivated Sales Account Manager whose major responsibility will be to spearhead the selling of one of our award-winning products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Specifically, sell client’s products to potential customers.
  • Identify and close out prospective accounts in new sectors (especially in the non – Pharma sector);
  • Display efficiency in gathering market intelligence, competitors’ and customers’ information
  • Maintain and develop good relationships with customers through personal contacts or referrals etc.
  • Drive the actualization of revenue targets and budgets;
  • Manage clients relationships and update sales information;
  • Represent the company at events and trade meetings to generate business leads
  • Follow up with prospects and close out deals at the shortest possible time
  • Any other duty assigned by the Head, Sales and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related discipline
  • MBA, Masters degree and Certification(s) in related discipline will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 4 – 5 years experience in Strategic Marketing and Business Communications
  • Proven experience selling consumer and trade loyalty solutions to corporate.

 

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, and email.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support and work closely with CEO to ensure a smooth work flow and process in the organization.
  • Devise and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Screening phone calls, enquires and request, handing them when appropriate.
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries, schedule and making appointments. Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of B.Sc. / HND (Second Class Upper /Upper Credit) Degree in Secretarial Studies or related Social Science discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience as an Personal Assistant.

 

Job Title: Marketing Communications Officer (Female)

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • Manage brand delivery and consistency across all markets for all product lines;
  • Attract potential customers and maintain loyalty of existing customers;
  • Create, update and manage all published contents (images, videos and written)
  • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotions, launching of new product lines etc.;

  • Background in Consulting, Public Relations (PR) and Media.
  • Must be fluent in English and Igbo language

 

Job Title: Sales Manager, Real Estate

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Actively involve in sales of Houses.
  • Develop and implement real estate business & marketing action plan.
  • Maintain accurate customer data base for reporting, mailing and marketing programs
  • Develop and manage press releases to maximize brand promotion.
  • Selling ongoing and off-plan developments and campaign for new business opportunities
  • Develop online presence to pitch sales in the given target market.
  • Building excellent client relationship.
  • Negotiating offers and seeing transactions through to completion.
  • Providing inputs, creative solutions and ideas to the management team on products offerings

Qualifications

  • Good Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related field.
  • Experience working with a real estate developer, estate agency or mortgage bank is essential.
  • Min. 5 years proven strong sales experience including negotiation, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.
