Job Description
- Relationship management with brands, partners, organizations and so on.
- Involved in marketing products to increase for daily sales of products and also promotion of the brand.
- Prepare and send out proposals, set up meetings and carry out presentations.
- Research, analyze and gain solid knowledge of relevant subjects.
- Identify and research on companies that would be interested in the student market, understand their needs and develop plans to address them.
- Developing relationships with potential media partners/influencers to grow media coverage online and offline.
- Responsible for communication with customers, staff and all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English language(Oral and Written English).
- Must reside around Ikeja
- Must be creative, able to multi-task and have great people skills
Salary
Salary range is N30,000-N40,000
Job Title: Head of Operations
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Process management/improvement.
- Performance and metrics management to ensure scalable and profitable growth and take corrective measures.
- Provide solutions, action plan, projected result and expected impact for all problems or challenges that may arise.
- Assisting in gathering and unifying all teams.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the business.
- Develop, establish and direct the execution of operating policies to support overall company objectives
- Strategic long and short term planning.
- Manage individual performance by establishing weekly operating objectives for each employee with end of week reviews.
- Develop and manage strategies and ensure virality is built into every strategy.
- Project planning and management.
Requirements
- Must live around Ikeja
- Must be a graduate.
- Must be highly organized , tech-savvy and possess strong leadership skills.
- Must have at least 1 year work experience.
- Must be hardworking and passionate about working with a startup company.
Salary
Salary range is N40,000 – N60,000
Job Title: Social Media Intern
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring social media trends and implementing strategies to keep up with trends and key into trends.
- Responsible for day-to-day activities on all Vasiti’s social media pages especially Twitter and Instagram pages.
- Designing strategies to promote brand awareness on social media and developing content to ensure high engagements, also maintain timely interaction with users on social media.
- Posting of daily promotional content for the website.
- Sharing of posts, promotional content and so on to student groups on Facebook.
- Preparing and submitting daily reports on social media performance including growth achievements, engagements, conversions.
- Developing and managing the online brand persona of the business.
- Working with the digital marketing team during marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Must reside around Ikeja, Lagos.
- Must be a graduate.
- Must have excellent communication skills and basic graphic design skills.
- Must be creative and Social Media Savvy.
Salary
Salary range is N30,000 – N40,000 monthly.
