Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Type: Full time

Job Description

  • Research and build relationships with new clients via planned approaches
  • Generate client leads for assigned marketing projects or related.
  • Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and opportunities.
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (campaigns, brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
  • Promote products and offerings with ads, listings, and open houses.
  • Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds and other documents for each real estate transaction.
  • Initiate proposals, renewals, and negotiate contracts.

Job Specification

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • 5yrs or more proven experience in a Marketing or similar role
  • Good understanding of Market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office Productivity Tools, Customers and Marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Familiarity with SEO, Social Media Marketing and Web Analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness

Job Title: CAD Designer (AutoDesk)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Type: Full time
Experience: Associate

Responsibilities

  • Create and/or modify drawings using CAD hardware and software from sketches, layouts, existing 3D models or notes
  • Works from sketches, notes, verbal instruction or existing drawings.
  • Follows all organization drawing standards as guidelines to complete work.
  • Provide 3D CAD and drafting support to existing products
  • Check drawing plots versus the project input for correctness and conformance to standards. Participate in prototype builds for design verification
  • Maintain drawings and associated files in data management systems
  • Revise drawings through document change request process
  • Work with responsible persons (such as engineers) regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and document change requests
  • Work with engineers to complete drawing package for assigned projects.

Qualifications

  • BSC or HND in Architecture, Mechanical Drafting or any related technical field is preferred.
  • Demonstrates drafting/modeling knowledge and proficiency using Autodesk Inventor (we will consider Revit, Home Styler, 3DMax) and AutoCAD
  • Sound knowledge of MEP CAD.
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Capability to create reverse engineering drawings.
  • General knowledge of finishing process.
  • Knowledge of standard business tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of AC-DC theory a plus

Job Title: Business Developer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities

  • Pitching and presenting at boardroom level. Presentation will require meticulous planning and proposal writing.
  • Conducting market research and generating new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
  • Schedule appointments, prepare and deliver presentation to the client.
  • Sales follow- up activities.
  • Prepare and follow up with periodical business plans.
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty.
  • Work as part of a team and closely with other departments within the organization.

Qualifications

  • BSc / HND in any equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 5years Experience.
  • A proven background in business development
  • Knowledge of Infographics
  • Strong research and strategic analyzing skills
  • Skilled at agreeing and closing deals with clients
  • Ability to take initiatives and work without or less supervision
  • Operate Microsoft office particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong track record of business-to-business sales at a corporate level or demonstrated achievement.
