Swiss Credit Limited is a lending institution with money lender’s license from Lagos State Government offering outstanding products and services to suit the financial needs of our diverse clientele.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: General Manager
- The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business.
- They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.
- Also, they should have a decent knowlegde on Information Technology and Finance, as we are a FINTECH Organisation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ working experince and at least 5 years in management position in similar role in a microfinance outfit.
- Strong communications and administrative skills
- Indepth knowlegde of finanical regulations and accounting process
- Decent knowlegde on Information Technology and FINTECH
- Strong knowlegde on Credit Administration and Recovery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Oversee the day to day operations in all deparments
- Develop and manage companys Anuual Bugdet
- Cost Analysis and Management
- Preparation of Management accounts and comparing performance against budgeted targets
- Management of Tax, PAYE, VAT, WHT etc
- Manage and control payments & settlements
- Give Reports on the position of the company on a monthly basis
- Perform risk evalution procedures.
- Ensure the companys books are up to date and accurate.
- Manage operations and finances of business
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices
- Drive development of employees
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
