Job Title: Automobile Sales Associate

Job Description

  • We are looking for a results-driven Sales Person to sell cars and value-adding services such as maintenance plans, warranties, etc., directly to customers.
  • Responsibilities will include understanding the features and benefits of all motor vehicles that are available for purchase and being able to communicate this information effectively to customers and potential customers.
  • To be successful, you should be up-to-date with all the latest developments in the motor vehicle industry and have a passion for sales.
  • You should be able to identify the needs of a customer, recognize their buying signals and close the deal without being aggressive.

Responsibilities

  • Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.
  • Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
  • Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
  • Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
  • Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them.
  • Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
  • Maintaining reporting structures´and recording sales and inventory on our CRM software.
  • Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.

Job Description

  • The Growth Manager (Retail Credit) will be responsible for executing a growth strategy for the business’s credit product to direct consumers.
  • S/he will also coordinate initiatives with key financial partners.

Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing:

  • Execute winning sales and marketing strategies for the business’s Credit Product to direct consumers.
  • Implement and evaluate initiatives towards acquiring customers across various target segments.
  • Implement strategies, in collaboration with the Marketing team, that presents key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing on the customer’s needs and expectations.
  • Drive, report and monitor performance against set targets this includes using metrics such as customer growth, repurchase rates, and app installs.
  • Provide detailed information to prospective users regarding the business’ product, features and prices, in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Close the deal. Deploy various selling and negotiation strategies to ensure that the deal is closed with a win-win for the business and the customer.

  • Lead initiatives end to end, working with cross-functional teams – legal, finance, product, design, data science, and bank partners – to optimize, execute and deliver campaigns,
  • Gather information on market trends and data to aid the team’s development of growth strategies.
  • Engage in the research and analysis of consumer behaviors, products, market trends, culture etc. and use the data to provide insight to improve the attractiveness of our product to potential and current customers.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Product Development in the conceptualization and creation of new upgrades, products and solutions for the business.

People Management:

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years’ sales / marketing experience in credit / financial service sales and marketing.
  • Experience marketing retail solutions, experience selling tech solutions is an added advantage
  • Resilient and result driven, with great prospecting skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively with an innovative mindset that is constantly looking for ways to improve things.

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

  • Execute winning sales and business development strategies for the business in the Public Sector in order to drive sales and boost revenue.
  • Drive, report and monitor performance against set targets. Identify and implement initiatives to increase target client engagement across various segments of the Health Public Sector.
  • Manage new opportunities for business development in the public sector and plan meetings and pitches. Work effectively with company teams to develop proposals that exceed the client’s expectation and objectives
  • Develop and respond to RFPs, Pre-Qualification, Bidding and formal presentations. Participate in the negotiation of contracts for public sector business.

Stakeholder Management:
