Job Title: Consumer Loan Executive

Job Description
- So, we need a ‘super-hero’ Consumer Loan Executive who can improve our organisation’s market position and achieve financial growth.

We Need You To
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Hitting agreed sales KPIs
- Generate and develope a pipeline of new / existing sales leads
- Develop strategies to upsell and cross sell additional Kwaba products & services
- Maintaining up to date records of client interactions via our CRM
- Research, outreach and partner with organisations and individuals to provide Kwaba as a service.
- Strengthen customer relationships while attracting new ones.
- Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the CEO to achieve revenue goals.
- Set up and oversee our consumer lending team.
- Manage the entire Kwaba sales cycle from start to finish
Salary
N100,000 – 150,000 (Based on experience) + Generous commission package + equity option
