Job Description

- Our Facilities Management Company wish to hire Facility Managers to take charge of service delivery to our clients.
- Based on our property sites in Lekki environ, the Facility Manager will lead a team to provide a fully integrated service to the estates
- Manage all operational soft services teams including cleaning, security, water and energy services. Also take responsibility for the quality and financial performance of the services rendered.
- The Facility Manager will have strong stakeholder management skills and be adept at analytical reporting. You will have managed soft services teams and be very customer focused.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / BA in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good analytical / critical thinking.
- Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage
- Proven experience as Facilities Manager or relevant position
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
