Job Title: Field Maintenance & Workshop Repairs Technician

- We are currently sourcing for a skilled Field Maintenance & Workshop Repairs Technician that will ensure that the state of the kitchen equipment is kept up-to-date and properly maintained; provide specialist support in relations to adjustments, repairs, analysis and modification of all PRAG defective equipment as directed by your supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to work quickly and methodically
- Ability to concentrate while doing repeated tasks
- Ability to follow instructions
- Minimum of a diploma (OND).
- Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in electrical & electronics equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintenance of kitchen electrical equipment.
- Repair and maintenance of kitchen premises electrical wiring, load and other allied equipment
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of emerging technology trends and developments in areas of interest and relevance to the business, contributing ideas for next generation solutions
- Repair of defective inverters, voltage regulators and other company’s products
- Follow test and repair procedures as instructed
- Report any unusual fault that may need further investigation
- Document all repair work as required and ensure stock level for parts are kept up-to-date
