Job Title: General Manager

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Job Summary

  • Our client is looking to hire a General Manager to supervise and handle all operations of the restaurant to maintain excellent and quality service.

Job Overview

  • Duties for the General Manager includes coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, Keep records of Mayfair existing members and task the Sales / Marketing team to increase the membership base, Improve Mayfair Sales, maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety, increasing staff productivity
  • He / she will report to the CEO.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of a B.Sc in Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience with 3 years in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of different business functions.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Computer literate.
  • Proactive nature.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily business operations.
  • Prepare and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Manage staff performance in accordance with established standards.
  • Improving revenue.
  • Organize and monitor staff schedules.
  • Interact with customers.
  • Increase Mayfair membership base and improvement of sales.
