Job Title: General Manager
Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
- Our client is looking to hire a General Manager to supervise and handle all operations of the restaurant to maintain excellent and quality service.
- Duties for the General Manager includes coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, Keep records of Mayfair existing members and task the Sales / Marketing team to increase the membership base, Improve Mayfair Sales, maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety, increasing staff productivity
- He / she will report to the CEO.
- Minimum of a B.Sc in Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years work experience with 3 years in a similar role
- Good knowledge of different business functions.
- Strong leadership qualities.

- Highly organized.
- Strong work ethic.
- Good interpersonal skills.
