Inline with the directives of the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, last month giving the directive to all police commands to liaise with stakeholders from each town and local government for the recruitment of the special operatives that would work with conventional police to tackle the rising level of insecurity in the country, the Commissioner of Police in Ekiti state, Mr Amba Asuquo have ask interested Nigerians who wants to join the community police in Ekiti State to go and pick a form. “The recruitment forms are now available in all the divisional police stations across the state.
No fewer than 50 operatives would be engaged in each of the 16 local government areas of the state as recruitment exercise to kick off across the 16 local government area of Ekiti State.
Requirement:
- Applicants must be between the age of 21-50 years, with a willingness to serve the community.
- Applicants must be resident within their respective communities.
- Applicants must be willing to sacrificially serve their respective
How to apply
All Interested applicants/volunteers are to, as a matter of urgency, go to the nearest police station closer to them within their local Governments and pick the form as the screening date will soon be announced.
NOTE: Other States should watch out for directives from Commissioner of Police in their respective State on how to apply.
